CMS is recruiting for a Reference Specialist on behalf of a growing company on the outskirts of Dover. Immediate start dates are available. We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic and professional candidates to provide the highest quality of customer service. The starting salary will be £14,040, but employees can earn increments by meeting targets. There will be ample opportunity for progression.

As a Reference Specialist you will be responsible for processing the application of tenants going through an estate or letting agent. You will aid the process by contacting employers, accountants and previous landlords to ensure the tenancy is secure.

Tasks include, but are not limited to, calling, emailing and faxing requests for documentation and references as well as liaising with clients to ensure that their individual requirements are met.

Experience and skills required:
• Intermediate Computer / Typing Skills (Basic functions such as copy, paste, undo, open new browser tabs; ideally using shortcuts as well as a good typing speed)
• Intermediate Maths (Calculator will be available but adding a large amount of figures together to find percentages and averages)
• Good English & grammar
• A very strong eye for detail and accuracy
• A positive can do attitude
• A polite & professional phone manner
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining the highest
