Community Fundraising Assistant – Temporary

£16,000 - £18,000
37 hours per week (part time also considered minimum 24hours)
Demelza Hospice Care for Children is a charity providing hospice services for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and support for their families across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.
We require an experienced administrator with excellent communications and customer services skills to support the implementation and execution of the day to day running of all aspects of Community Fundraising activity.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail with a proven ability to work under pressure and experience of donor or customer care. Experience of using databases will be an added advantage as well as the ability to handle complex and sensitive enquires by telephone and in writing.
This is a temporary role for up to 12 months. This is a Full time role but part time hours will also be considered.
