This is a dual role of both Creative Development & Admin support within a Training Department as part of the clients eLearning Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:-
- Creating online training content for all areas of the business.
- Maintain the internal Learning Management System which houses
all of the training content for the group.
- Deliver effective eLearning and drive self development to gain
knowledge of creative techniques, tools and software.
- Create graphic content for use within the business ranging from
images, videos and aiding existing projects and presentations.
- Manage internal queries through the team inbox.
- Continued evaluation and review of eLearning process, content
& software to ensure portfolio on the Learning Management
system remains up to date.
You will have the opportunity to work with multiple platforms such as apps, mobiles, external learning systems and creative suites.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
• Administration & Customer Service Skills
• Use and knowledge of full Adobe Suite
• Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written)
• Partnering with others to gain knowledge and training
requirements
• Interest in Self Development
Desirable Skills BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
• Experience with mobile application development
• Use of Totara and Moodle LMS
• Experience using eLearning tools and software
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
