Our client a successful based business in Canterbury are now looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to provide financial and admin support to the company director.
Starting Salary: £18,500 with performance review after 4 months and provisional increase to circa £20,000 per annum
Responsibilities will include:-
- Customer Liaison.
- Invoice Processing/receipting/bank account reconciliation.
- Managing and producing month ends.
- Managing numerous client and deposit accounts.
- Transferring money and processing card payments.
- Petty cash handling, BACS processing/ payments.
- Credit control
- General admin support.
Essential Skills:
- Hands on experience working in finance/accounting.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Candidate must have a driving licence and own vehicle.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
Plus 2 Saturdays a month on a rota basis
