This amazing Contact Centre is made up of teams that manage inbound calls, emails and live chat. Some of firms consultants work from home.

The company sell a range of products and are currently looking for team members to join their inbound contact centre team this is on a fixed term basis until the end of September / October 2017 to help cover during the busy summer period.

We are searching for naturally engaging candidate who can assist customers and deal with a variety of inbound calls each day.

If you are an individual who can take a genuine interest in the customers query and able to engage and build rapport then this is a great opportunity to work right at the heart of the business.


Hours

We’re looking for super flexible full and part time people who are able to work across the opening hours.

Full-Time – “Core Flex”: 30 Hours – “Full Flex”: 37.5 Hours – you will need to be fully flexible across our opening hours of Monday – Friday 8.00am until 11pm and Saturday – Sunday 8.30am until 9pm.

Part-Time – “Core Flex”: 16 Hours – “Full Flex”: 20 Hours – you will need to be available 3 evenings per week Monday to Friday until 11pm and 1 day at the weekend between 8am to 8pm.

You will be given notice if you are required to work your “full flex” but can be guaranteed your “Core Flex” hours each week!

IDEAL CANDIDATES
A proven track record in a customer service /sales environment
An ability to build rapport naturally
Excellent verbal communication skills

DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
The ability to speak either German, French, Dutch, Czech, Polish, Danish or Italian would be beneficial but is not essential
