Job Description
This is a superb opportunity for a Motor Insurance Claims Handler to develop and grow their skill set. Due to the continued success and expansion of the group they are now looking to recruit a Fire/Theft Handler to join a dynamic and forward thinking Counter Fraud team.
The main purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of 1st Party Fire and Theft claims to completion and complete Desktop Claims Investigations utilising online interviews for prompt validation of Fire and Theft Claims.
Your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Appointing and instruction of investigators where appropriate
- Report Writing
- Regularly and accurately updating the VF Claims File
- Effectively manage claims within portfolio; reserves, post and schedules to be kept up to date and within SLA
- Maintain accurate reserves for all cases and throughout the claims life
- Manage, Investigate and Settle a portfolio of 1st Party Fire and Theft Claims

- Experience in using consented data platforms
- Complaints Management (Moderate)
