Basic Salary: £15,000 plus commission OTE £25,000, Pro Rata (guaranteed earnings first 3

Hours: 5 days per week including a Saturday

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent to join our dynamic sales team in Kings Hill. Kings Hill is a community-focused branch, centrally located in the village square. With the opportunity to sell fantastic properties including new builds, flats and multimillion-pound properties, you will never be bored. Our branch manager at Kings Hill is very experienced so you will be learning from the best!

Duties will include:
• Delivering high level of customer service by “out- passioning” our competitors.
• Part of your role will be out and about, accompanying our clients on property viewings so you must be able to drive.
• Working to targets.
• Generating sales leads for mortgage appointment, viewings, conveyancing and valuations for our Listers.
