Basic Salary: £30,000 per annum OTE £45,000
Location: Medway City Estate, Strood, Rochester, Kent.ME2 4FX
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.45am to 6.30pm with some late evenings 8.00pm

Here at Mortgage Matters Direct we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead a team of telephone based Mortgage Advisors and Administrators in our Business Centre. You and the team will be assisting our previous customers arrange their mortgages and add on products. There will be warm leads from our Internal ‘Virtual’ Estate Agency consultants so your team and you will never be short of opportunities to help our customers achieve their financial needs.

Duties will include:
• Regular visits to and 1:1 meetings with Advisors to monitor performance and business quality
• Liaising with FSD and Residential directors to ensure maximisation of opportunities
• To “Out Passion” our customers at every opportunity.
• Seek the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customers
• Identifying and initiating leads from other sources.
• Selling associated insurance products from Legal & General
• Meeting and exceeding targets
• Passion for Self-Development and a thirst for knowledge
• Be responsible for own business productivity

We need you to be:
• Previous managerial experience
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Proven background in mortgage advice and sales
