Contact Centre Agents
Seasonal fixed term contracts until September 2017
Available with various hours
As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll be the first contact our customers will speak with, so your warm and friendly approach will be a welcome addition in our Contact Centre!
We have start dates in April and May 2017 - and these may lead to permanent positions in the future.
To be considered, you naturally are:
- Sales focussed
- Passionate about knowing your products and services and will help customers to make the best choices
- Excellent at customer service, communication and problem solving
- Happy to work in shifts ranging from 18.75 hours per week to 37.5 hours (all shifts do include some degree of evening and weekend work). In the French, German or Dutch roles, we will pay you a language supplement
Ideally you will also have:
- Previous call centre or travel industry experience
- Standard GCSE (or equivalent) grades in Maths and English
- Experience from a sales background
