B2B Group Sales Support Agent
An exciting opportunity has become available for a B2B Groups Sales Support Agent, reporting directly to the Group Travel Services Manager.
Within this role you will maintain customer loyalty by providing a high level of service to coach operators and public on a Pan European basis.
You will also accurately record all email notifications within the section database and action all customer requests within the agreed KPIs using the company booking systems.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate well with customers
- experience of dealing with the general public and operators via telephone
- an excellent attention to detail
- a positive, flexible and responsible attitude to work
- the ability to work within a pressurised environment
Ideally you will also have:
- previous office based experience
- a full working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- a working knowledge of DOLPHIN or alternative booking system
a full valid passport
