BASIC SALARY UP TO £22k DOE + OTE £40,000 + COMPANY CAR

Our client, a well-established and respected Estate Agents, are looking for a VALUER FOR RAINHAM AND GILLINGHAM.

This is an exciting opportunity for a SENIOR NEGOTIATOR/VALUER/MANAGER who are looking for progression and wants to take the next step in their career in property - so you must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work towards targets in a competitive environment in return you will be responsible for:
•Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
•Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
•Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
•Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
•Canvassing
•Showing people around properties in the local area

Requirements:
•You must be a strong valuer/lister with proven track record
•Be able to manage your own time and diary
•Have the motivation to work remotely

You must have a proven track record in residential sales and have knowledge of the MEDWAY market.

This is a dynamic role where you no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
