Connect2staff are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Assistants to work in a busy Residential Care home in Maidstone, Kent.
Your responsibilities:
*To support and provide the residents with guidance according to their care plans/support plans in enabling them to maintain as much independence as practicable.
*Always ensuring that you promote Privacy and Dignity at all times whilst in the employment of CHC.
*You will ensure that Care Standards are fully adhered to at all times when you are delivering and supporting residents with their care needs.
*To work in partnership with other staff within the home to ensure a seamless service.
*To practice maximum integrity in all dealings with residents relatives/families and other professional bodies.
*To act as an ambassador for the home.
Salary and Benefits:
*Between £7.25 to £7.70 dependent on age & experience
*Ongoing training provided for personal development and support in accessing NVQ level 2+
*Full time employment
*Paid holiday
*The opportunities to progress within the company
Requirements of Support Worker Role:
*A kind and caring person
*Previous experience in the Healthcare environment
