I am currently recruiting for Partnership Support Officer based in Tonbridge for a short term vacancy.

The Community Learning and Skills covers Kent Adult Education, Kent Training & Apprenticeships and Skill Plus. They actively promote learning as a means to achieve prosperity and to help people enjoy life, stay fit and make a positive contribution in their community. They engage with employers, from the public, private and not for profit sectors offering opportunities to up skill current staff, expand young people's and adult apprenticeships.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Supporting the Partnership team with the recruitment and interview process for Apprenticeships

*Dealing with incoming calls from Learners
*Using internal systems to log Apprenticeship recruitment process
*Liasing with Employers for their vacancies and interviews
*Contacting Learners to discuss Apprenticeship application, process and interview times
*Contacting Employers to market Apprenticeships and arrange appointments for the Partnership Managers
*Updating all internal systems
*Creating Job boards for Schools to advertise current vacancies
*Attending Sales meetings when required


A BDS is required payable by the successful candidate at a cost of £25.
The successful candidate will be required to register at our office in Kings Hill, West Malling.
