We are a well established organisation based in Swanley, Kent, who are seeking two administrators/call handlers to be part of our team. This is initially a 6 month contract with the option to extend.

The office hours are Monday to Friday 09:00hrs-17:00hrs and we offer a competitive salary.

The role:

•Managing inbound customer telephone enquiries.
•Responding to e-mails and written correspondence.
•Processing customer applications.
•Scanning documents.
•Taking payments.
•Updating in-house computer systems.

The Candidate

•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a fantastic telephone manner.
•Attention to detail with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
•Experience of working within a very busy environment.
•Confident with a can do attitude.
•Customer focused.
•Performance focused.
