Assistant Property Manager
Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Limited are currently recruiting on behalf of an established client in Folkestone who are looking to complement their existing team.
As an Assistant Property Manager you will promote the services of our client by ensuring that leaseholders and residents receive an excellent service from the department. You will be required to assist 2 property managers with the management of their portfolios.
The successful candidate will have the following:
• Previous experience with residential property management (Minimum of 2 years)
• Experience of working in a customer facing role
• Strong knowledge of H&S Legislation
• Be literate with MS Office including: Word, Excel & Outlook
• Proven ability of managing budgets and work within funding constraints
• The ability to plan, organise and implement maintenance programs and minor works with minimal disruption.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and reading along with understanding lease contracts would be an advantage.
This is an entry role for someone looking to develop their career within Property Management.
