A large Regional firm who are accredited in the Legal 500 and Chambers are seeking to expand their Private Client department. They seek an Associate Solicitor (likely to be 3-6 years PQE) to join their superb Private Client team in Maidstone. To undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the practice area by achieving fee earning targets, with an emphasis on part of the tax & estate planning work.
The team is made up of some highly experienced Solicitors who are experts in their field (many of whom are STEP qualified). Ideally you too, will be STEP qualified although this is not a necessity; the firm are willing to fully support the right candidate with their studies. The culture is relaxed yet professional and the team works together to ensure that targets are reached and clients receive the best possible service.
Training is on-going, ensuring that staff reach their full potential and Partners actively encourage staff to develop through a specific career path (up to and including Partnership).
A generous and competitive salary is on offer along with an achievable (discretionary) bonus together with a benefits package.
NB: Whilst it would be preferable for the candidate to be full-time, applications are also being considered from those who are looking for a 4-day working week or flexible hours).
