Due to growth, this respected law firm with offices in Kent are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor with an IP focus to join their established corporate/commercial department in their mid-Kent or north-Kent offices.
This role will be developing this area of the business and as such, it is anticipated that the new Civil Litigation Solicitor will ideally have 5+ years PQE gained in a respected law firm. You will be able to work without supervision and have the skill to develop new business.
The role will see you managing a mixed case load of cyber-related litigation matters such as social media harassment claims, breach of privacy and defamation cases.
There will be fantastic opportunities for this role to progress and there will be prospects for Partnership for the right person.
