Here at Ward & Partners we are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Trainee Letting Agent to join our thriving Lettings team in our Dover Office.

This bustling seaside and port office is one of our busiest locations in Kent and benefits from a very busy and active market. This highly established team are driven, hardworking and hugely committed to driving lets and building relationships with clients in and around the area; this successful team are regularly receiving outstanding customer feedback such as “By comparison to the other agents we met, our rep was head and shoulders above in standards of professionalism and enthusiasm. We were very impressed”.

Duties will include:

•Meeting and greeting clients visiting our offices
•Identifying requirements for renting and letting properties
•Generating appointments for viewings and valuations
•Contacting clients on a regular basis using multiple techniques
•Accompanied viewings
•Identifying and initiating leads
•Working to targets

We need you to be:

•A results driven individual
•An excellent ability to build rapport
•Motivated to exceed targets
•Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
•Able to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when renting or letting a property
•A desire to develop your career with us
So with the right attitude and values we can help with the rest. If you have no sales experience, this really is not a problem. We recruit people from many different career experiences and our award winning training from the start will help you every step of the way. Equally if you have some experience, we would still love to hear from you.

We are looking for people who are driven by a career and whilst your expected Year 1 earnings will be between £20,000 and £25,000, as you develop your skills and progress up the promotional ladder, earnings for our senior people can be double this and more!
