With over 30 years experience in the home improvement sector, we have the knowledge and expertise to handle the design, manufacture and installation, all whilst maintaining an exceptional level of Customer Service. Due to the expansion of our prestigious showroom we require a Sales Consultant.

Role:

Provide advice to potential customers at either our showroom, or at their homes with the design, quotations and selling of the full range of products from Company leads, with NO cold calling or prospecting.

Maintaining and developing relationships with both new and existing customers.

Utilising product knowledge and services to increase sales and meet sales targets.

Reporting to the Retail Sales Director
Maintain and update CRM database software

Candidates:

Enthusiastic, friendly, immaculately presented and ethical sales professional, who is keen to succeed
Proficient in closing the sales process
Numerate and IT literate with good communication skills.
Experienced in retail sales in any home improvement, building products or construction environment
Full training will be provided for the right candidate

Remuneration package:
Basic salary plus achievable commission. Company car provided, along with laptop etc. Realistic OTE of £30k+ Most of our sales people earn more.
