Rap Interiors is a buzzing, vibrant friendly customer focused company in Maidstone, with a real family feel, working on design and fit out projects throughout the UK with offices based in Maidstone, Brighton, London and Croydon.

We seek an outgoing, confident and organised person who can deal effectively with content writing and digital marketing whilst supporting our busy Marketing team. If you are creative, love to research, passionate about writing, can multitask efficiently, are a great communicator, good spelling and grammar, enjoy being busy, good timekeeper, can cope calmly under pressure and can organise themselves efficiently we want to hear from you.

You must be good at writing and an excellent knowledge of English vocabulary and grammar.


Job Spec
- Website Content Writer
- Blogging
- Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google +, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Video Creation
- Web Ranking Analysis (Google Analytics)
- Newsletters & Mailchimp
- Training will be given on all these tasks

Essential Skills
- Phone etiquette/skills
- Methodical and organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Accurate with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills including, Internet, Outlook and Emails, Microsoft Office Programs
- Basic Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop knowledge would be beneficial
- The ability to prepare written communication with excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile
- Interest in PR for the company online
- Interest in pushing themselves through the ranks


Notes
- We do not expect one person to have complete experience on all the above as supportive training will be provided but knowledge of some/most of would be an advantage.
- You will be working with a group of females in Marketing, although us being a construction company….. so be aware that our environment is very male orientated.
- We do have dogs that come into our office, they are friendly! Not good if you have an allergy.


What’s the pay?
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and will be discussed during interview

If you are looking for an Apprenticeship or Graduate placement – Rap Interiors are experienced in delivering successful training schemes and this will be discussed at interview.

Where are we based?
Our office is based in the Parkwood Industrial Estate, Maidstone and will start off with a week’s work experience followed by 1 year’s apprenticeship (if applicable), progressing to a paid assistant opportunity

Working Hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, includes 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
