Our client based in Folkestone is seeking a Freight Sales Support executive. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a busy sales team in a sales support capacity. This is a multilingual role so you will be fluent in Dutch/ Flemish and English.

Previous experience in a B2B sales role is essential the role will be working closely with the Freight field sales team supporting them as well as dealing with freight prospect clients with enquiries about the service. You will have responsibility for a portfolio of freight clients that you will have to manage and build strong relationships with; dealing with their day to day queries and communicating with them on a regular basis about the service.

This role is Monday to Friday but will need you to work both in the UK and France; either 3 days in the UK and 2 days in France (All travel will be paid for) or 5 days in France which ever option is best suited to you.

Responsibilities will include:
*Working closely with Business Support, Freight Information and Contact Centre teams
*Directly supporting the Freight Field Sales Team
*Activating new accounts upon receipt of legal documents
*Preparing and sending contracts and chasing their return
*Maintaining and building relationships with new and existing customers
*Researching potential clients, gaining leads and prospect information
*Producing and sending quotations
*Responding to customer requests within SLA's
