Deputy Care Manager

From £19,000 to £21,000 per annum
Crossroads Care Kent is the leading charitable provider of Carers’ support services in Kent, supporting Carers and people with care needs in their own homes.
We now have an exciting opportunity for the role of Deputy Care Manager to work alongside a locality Care Manager based at our Wateringbury office.
The Deputy will assist the Care Manager in ensuring the operational delivery of care services, liaising with families, undertaking assessments and writing care plans, and rostering, co-ordinating and line managing a team of support staff.
• Would you like a development opportunity working alongside an experienced Care Management Team?
• Are you caring, and committed to making a difference?
• Are you a great communicator with people management experience?
• Do you have the ability to undertake assessments and write clear reports?
• Do you have an NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care along with a working knowledge of care legislation and practice?
• Do you have your own transport and telephone?
