Information Services have an exciting opportunity to gain highly sought after skills and experience within the HE Sector. The post is within the Student Systems Development Team (SSDT) and will work as part of the well-established and enthusiastic SITS Admissions Development Team as a Support Analyst.
As a Support Analyst you will provide support to the Admissions Systems Development Team. The team is responsible for the development and maintenance of the enquiries and admissions systems processes on the Tribal SITS and SID platforms and associated technologies. This is a varied post which will be involved with systems support to resolve customer requests/incidents/problems, the improvement of the customer experience, assisting with development and other related activities.
You will have a flair for understanding business processes, and will also be proactive with great diagnostic and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a range of stakeholders to support and enhance key academic administrative systems which meet the wide-ranging needs of the University.

This full time post is offered for a fixed term period until 30 September 2017.
