A vacancy has arisen within our busy Facilities Department as a Building Services Manager

Facilities Management is one of Saga’s support departments and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of real estate assets, and the delivery of operational facilities services in support of the business.

Reporting to the Head of Group Property & FM the post-holder has responsibility for managing the day to day operation and maintenance of all Engineering Services and Fabric Maintenance across a multi-site property portfolio, ensuring delivery through a high quality and cost effective service that is responsive to the firm's requirements.
