We are currently recruiting for customer service staff with good communication skills and pleasant telephone manner to work in a small call centre based in Aylesford Kent ME20.

This role can, at times be fast paced and requires an organised and methodical approach.

You will be an enthusiastic all-rounder who has proven experience within a customer focused environment and be someone who always likes to go that extra mile for your clients.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential along with the ability to be able to think on your feet and remain level headed in what is sometimes a hectic environment is essential.

JOB SPEC:
- To take detailed orders over the phone as well as booking jobs for drivers and calling delicate customers.
- Must be used to dealing with sensitive customers in a delicate manner
- Good computer skills
- Diplomatic and nice phone manner
- Customer focused and helpful at all times
- Training of product knowledge will be given (on the job training)

Working hours will be between 8am and 7pm

This is a full time temp to permanent position, starting pay will be £7.20 per hour on a P.A.Y.E basis with a view to increase after your probation period, and a permanent position is offered.
