The Black Horse Inn is seeking to recruit new waiting staff members to join our vibrant friendly team. Previous waiting experience is not essential as full training will be given but it is preferred if you have worked in a fast paced, fresh food restaurant previously. Great customer service and a presentable manner is a must along with the ability to work on your own initiatives and engage with our customers. We are a very busy restaurant and pub with a thriving wedding and function business along with a very highly rated B&B, so ability to adapt within different areas of the business is essential. We offer exceptional above average rates of pay dependant on age plus your share of the weekly gratuities to boost your income! The Black Horse Inn is a rural restaurant not on bus or public transport routes so your own transport is essential.

This post is initially for 3-4 shifts per week to include evenings and weekends which could increase during the summer months when business grows. Suitable applicants will be contacted to come and do a paid trial shift within the next month with one of our experienced and friendly management team. There is much scope for progression in this family run business and all staff are valuable team members and are treated as such. We offer 5.5 weeks paid holiday per year pro rata along with pension contributions if eligible.
