Job Role in a nutshell:
Our Service department is opened Mondays to Saturdays 8am - 6pm.
As an East Kent Audi Service Advisor you will be the focal point of contact for Audi customers requiring advice, servicing or repair to their vehicles. You will be responsible for managing the flow of information between the workshop, other relevant Centre departements and the customer, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
As an Audi Service Advisor, your Key Objectives will be:
To manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the East Kent Audi.
Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
Calculate workshop capacity ensuring that all details are entered onto the service workshop loading system
Manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
Manage any necessary liaison with your Customer Care Manager and Aftersales Manager regarding customer dissatisfaction. Follow up in line with Inchcape and Audi procedures.
Understand and adhere to Audi's service requirements
Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of East Kent Audi
Maintain product knowledge on the full Audi range
Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times
Your Skills:
• A customer-centric attitude
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Passion for the Audi Brand
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to absorb and retain product knowledge
• A full UK driving licence
