Recruitment Consultant - Engineering & Construction - Maidstone, Kent - OTE £35k
Berry Recruitment is a rapidly growing independent recruitment specialist, looking for new talent to join our team. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join us on our blue collar Construction desk in Maidstone, Kent. Berry is already strong in this discipline and we have access to some great leads for you to develop.
This is an ideal chance to make a real impact by demonstrating your business development skills and growing your own desk. The potential is huge, we have the infrastructure and a market-leading commission/bonus scheme to offer - all we need is you!
You would work with another Construction Consultant who covers the white collar roles, and between you there is an opportunity to build and grow a strong team. Our on-boarding and training programme will ensure that you have everything you need to become a success.
We are looking for either an experienced Recruitment Consultant, or candidates with the right mix of sales, customer service skills and construction industry skills to take the role on. The chosen person will grow and develop this desk quickly and efficiently, building relationships with new clients and gaining their trust in us to provide a first class service.
