We are currently searching for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our growing client on a part-time temporary basis, with the potential for something permanent in the future. The role will be 20 hours per week where you will be responsible for the maintenance of the Purchase Ledger on a day to day basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- The maintenance of the order system to ensure accurate information
- Setting up new suppliers, ensure all bank details and email addresses are allocated
- Coding and inputting invoices
- Sorting Purchase Invoices
- Communicating with suppliers
- Inputting petty cash receipts
- Carry our accruals and prepayments
- Preparing the purchase ledger for VAT returns
- Other ad-hoc tasks
