Can you or would you like to learn how to write your own frameworks from scratch? Our client, a support and bespoke software/web development company based in Dartford, is looking for a Backend or Full Stack PHP Developer to join their small team.
Current projects include a monitoring and usage engine/portal which is being developed for use by a household name throughout Europe, with another project starting shortly relating to the property development market.

Duties and Experience:

At least 3 years’ experience of PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML and CSS.

Will be responsible for developing application release processes for on-going development projects

Working directly with the customer (both end-user and trade partners), developing web applications and websites from customer briefs and discussions.

Working understanding and experience with code repositories such as GIT/SVN.

Experience of Agile working methods

Liaise with external designers when appropriate for specific projects.

Must be comfortable working both alone or as part of a team.

Produce time and resource estimates for new projects.

Creating prototypes & presentations related to development projects.

Desirables:
Thorough understanding of PDO Prepared Statements with parameter binding.
Understanding of protecting PHP applications from XSS (Cross Site Scripting) & SQL-Injection
Experience of iOS/Android development
Java
