A very well-established and successful B2B media company in Maidstone are looking for an innovate Sales Manager to sell display and digital advertising space for one of their well known publications.

Reporting to the Publication Manager the role will consist of:

- Building relationships with existing clients
- Proactively seeking and gaining new business and going on to build and maintain relationships with these clients
- The magazine is very successful, but there is still room for further development so offers the right applicant the opportunity to take real ownership of the magazine
- Managing a classified executive to achieve target
- There is the opportunity to attend some of the biggest shows in the industry as well as exhibitions and awards.

Skills and Experience:

- Media sales/publishing experience is essential.
- Good telephone manner and communication skills.
- The role would either suit a well established Sales Manager or someone looking for the next step in their sales career.
- The company offer excellent progression opportunities.

The basic salary is around £20,000 to £24,000 plus £8,000 in yearly commissions and further earning opportunities.
