One of Gillingham High Streets largest Independent Estate Agents are looking for an experienced self motivated and outgoing individual to add to the existing team. Look Estates is a well established and successful independent agent. We are a passionate and highly professional company, where each individual’s contribution is what has resulted in our success.
The role includes but is not limited to:
• Register client information
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Carry out property Inspections and Inventories
• Canvass and prospect for new business
• Achieve pre agreed targets
• Sales progression
• Negotiate Offers
The successful candidate will have:
• A Good Telephone Manner
• At least 12 months experience in either residential sales or residential lettings
• Strong communication skills
• A full clean Uk driving licence and own vehicle
