Job Title: Intermediate Project Manager
Location: West Malling
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 pa DOE
We are currently recruiting for a specialist construction consultancy based in the West Malling area of Kent for an Intermediate Project Manager.
Our client is a leading consultancy specialising in the Retail and Commercial property sector
Skills, Qualifications, experience required:
*Previous experience in Construction/Engineering project management
*Professional qualification in Project management/Surveying completed or in progress
*Experience in working projects within, Retail, Residential or Commercial Sectors
*A proven track record within a similar consultancy
Duties and responsibilities:
*Assisting in the Planning of the delivery of the project
*Managing client relationship and service delivery
*Undertaking strategic reviews
*Project control
*Report progress on projects
