Job Title: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Location: West Malling
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
We are currently recruiting for a specialist construction consultancy based in the West Malling area of Kent for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. Initially working within the roll out team, progressing on to more complex schemes within the retail sector
Skills and qualifications required:
*RICS APC or APC in progress
*Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
*Excellent IT skills using all relevant software
*A background in the retail sector is desirable
Duties and responsibilities:
*Working within the roll out team on key retail projects
*Preparing cost plans for projects
*Pricing completed jobs
*Applying for payment from the client
*Assisting the Senior Qs in any duties that should arise
This is a fantastic position that would suit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who is looking to progress their career within the industry and move on to more complex schemes.
