The successful candidate will have the following;

* Be a Qualified member of an accountancy body or equivalent
* Must have experience in mentoring team a member(s) in the Financial aspects of the business
* Be able to contribute fully to the development of the company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans targets and business drivers
* Present annual accounts to investors on occasions
* Work with team members to grow the business, formatting strategies and plans to develop the business growth
* Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed
* Be a strong team player and have the ability to work with a fast growing business
