A prominent and established Financial Services business in Kent are looking to recruit a Process Training Manager to develop, implement and maintain process and system training material / modules and plans across the group both on a national and international level.
The main focus of the role is to ensure the delivery of the relevant technical, product and process training to staff to guarantee that all regulatory and compliance standards are met. You`ll monitor any legislative changes to safeguard against any knowledge deficiencies across the internal functions within the group.
The scope of responsibilities of this role extends across both UK and overseas teams and will work closely with relevant senior teams to ensure that the training strategies are adhered to.
Applicants will be experienced training managers, with a requirement for sector knowledge within financial services to include knowledge of FCA governance and regulation. Naturally, you`ll have extensive experience of designing, delivering and reporting on training outcomes with a broad understanding on blended learning techniques.
