As the Intranet Manager you will be responsible for:

The quality and the attractiveness of the content of an internal service portal

Leading, inspiring and motivating a small team of Digital Content Editors

Representing the Service Management leadership team and other team members in the location

Defining strategic activities to further develop the portal from a content point of view

Driving the creation of attractive and helpful content

Having a flair to translate change requests from service owners into solutions which offer a great customer experience to the users

The quality and the attractiveness of the content published

Taking ownership of the content management process, defining processes and content guidelines, templates and KPIs

Creating, editing/proofreading and publishing digital content based on input provided by topic specialists

Line management responsibility including yearly and half-yearly reviews, selecting new team members, identifying opportunities and development of individual team members accordingly

Fostering teamwork and motivating, supporting and developing talent, resolving conflicts and promoting a service-oriented environment
