Multi Lingual Account Manager
Salary: £25,000 p.a.
Location: Kings Hill, Kent

Role:
An Associate Auditor within the License Management Coordination team is primarily responsible for working directly with the customer for the collection, verification and processing of audit data. Secondarily an Auditor is also responsible for some analysis and reporting of the information collected. These require an understanding of the contract parameters of each customer and internal tools and systems. Their role is to assist our client in protecting the intellectual property rights of their software by working with customers to collect the information necessary to compare the customer’s use of the software with their license agreements.

Main Responsibilities:
• Introduce, gain acceptance and manage customer through audit software install phase.
• Serve as primary contact with assigned customers.
• Review customer profile in internal system and familiarize self with configuration information.
• Review the audit process with assigned customers for 1st time audits of legacy products, tier and re-audits.
• Introduce and explain the audit process to the customer and manage the assigned customer’s expectations and basic objections.
• Manage the allocated number of customers to ensure that they progress correctly through audit stages.
• Escalate issues as required.
• Achieve identified metrics on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Insure audit completion by utilizing tools and processes.
• Support the customer through the audit process.
• Ensure that all communications are entered into the internal software accurately and consistently.
• Follow correct process for the confirmation of customers who are no longer using the licensed software.
• Record progress of each audit in the internal system maintaining accurate entries at each stage.
• Interact with team members and managers to maintain professional standards and learn new products and techniques as they are introduced.
• Access SharePoint to learn and gain knowledge of the License Management group.
• Manage workload effectively following License Management Procedures to ensure successful completion of tasks.
• Provide accurate feedback of work and any incidents arising that should be brought to a Manager or colleagues’ attention.

Education, Knowledge & Skills:
• College/University graduate or Bi-lingual experience or related experience
• Good writing and editing skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service/orientation skills
• Solid PC skills with knowledge of various software applications used for testing, troubleshooting, call logging, etc.
• Strong organizational skills required to insure most effective and timely delivery of service to customers
• Possess ability to both multi-task and manage priorities effectively
• Flexibility required to work outside defined role
• Command of the English language to be able to provide oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas
• Fluency in a second foreign language useful; command of English language is required
