Our client is a high end metalwork construction company looking for an experienced office administrator to work in their busy Ashford office.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent work ethic - you will also have great time management skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills and be highly organised.
Experience working in a similar role within a construction company will be highly advantageous.
Duties and responsibilities of the role will be as follows:
Completing pre-employment, DBS, CTC and Security Checks for new members of staff
Providing logistics instructions to all project suppliers
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to produce documents, correspondence, records, reports, presentations and spreadsheets
Photocopying and printing various documents.
Handling all telephone calls and greeting visitors and guests
Maintaining strict confidentiality of all documents and information
General office duties
ISO 9001 experience is essential.
