APEX Medical is an International Company specialising in the production and maintenance of pressure area care products.

We have two excellent opportunities within our customer services department.
We would like to recruit two new members of the customer service team on temporary Maternity Cover contracts, one on full time hours of 37.5 hrs per week and the other part time at 18.75 hrs (Monday-Wednesday) per week based in our offices in Crayford, Kent.
Customer Services & Repairs Administrator – Maternity Cover (1 x Full Time & 1 x Part Time) Salary £18,000 pro-rata per annum.
The successful candidate would be responsible for:
Providing excellent Customer Service displaying compassion & understanding
Coordinating drivers
Coordinating deliveries & collections
Processing Customer Managed contract Requests
Processing & coordinating Repairs & Customer Own Equipment
Accurate data capture
General Administration for Team
Creation/Generation and distribution of management information & customer correspondence
Maintaining Excellent filing systems
Maintaining excellent customer relations externally and internally
To undertake any other reasonable requests from the management team
Continue to contribute to the development of the team and the organisation
Key Skills include:
Customer focus and commitment to service excellence
Solution driven
Good Geographical Knowledge
Highly motivated individual
Strong team player
Hard working and flexible
Sensitive to the requirements of customers and clients
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good IT Skills
Open to new ideas
Flexible working in respect of hours
The Successful candidate will be calm, empathetic and approachable. Have experience in Customer Service / Repairs Environment and well as planning diaries / rotas for drivers or Engineers. Good telephone skills and organisation skills are essential.
