A large and respected Accountancy firm are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join them in their Kent offices.
The role will require the successful candidate to work with minimal supervision and as such, it is imperative that the Private Client Solicitor is experienced in handling their own case load and offers strong technical skills.
You will be responsible for advising a range of Tax Clients on:
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Wills
- Trusts
- Professional Executor
- Trustee and Attorney Services
- Powers of Attorney including LPA and Inheritance planning
Ideally you will be STEP qualified or display an interest in completing this qualification. A further advantage would be someone who is CTA qualified although this is not an essential qualification.
You will join a highly regarded and established Accountancy Practice who are growing and expanding. You will be greeted by a friendly supportive and sociable team. The firm are well renown for their excellent training and reputation and there will be opportunities to progress over time.
