TEACHER OF MATHS

Teacher of Mathematics role based in Ashford, Kent. The school are able to offer between the Main and upper pay scale. This role is to start in February or Easter 2017. Initially a temporary role, there is an option for a permanent position.

Your new role

You will be responsible to plan, develop and deliver high quality lessons by using a variety of approaches. The role will involve monitoring student progress that includes assessment outcomes and targets set at intervals with the Academies policies to enable the students to achieve their full potential.

What you'll need to succeed

Your subject knowledge must be thorough and up to date and have a strong understanding of the the National curriculum programmes of study, level descriptors and specifications for examination courses. This would also include the Curriculum programme for Post 16.
