Our client is a stunning, critically acclaimed award winning Restaurant who are currently looking for an experienced Sou Chef to join their busy team....
Working alongside Head Chef, Commis Chef & Chef De Partie you must be experienced in a similar set up (High end Restaurant or Gastropub), be professional and friendly, willing to work well within a strong team.
You will have experience with all the necessary legal and H&S requirements, fresh food experience, some knowledge of the financial aspects of running a kitchen would be helpful as well as training and developing colleagues
7 Day operation working - 48 hours over 5 days generally split shifts, evenings and weekends
Due to location transport is essential
