Experienced in Customer Service?
We require a Customer Service Representative to join a busy team based on the outskirts of Tonbridge.
Due to the location of the role you will need to have your own transport.
You will be working for a fantastic company who pride themselves on the quality of the service they provide they are looking to recruit an additional member of their current team of 3.
You will be working within an extremely fast paced, varied and challenging environment where you will be required to respond to customers requirements and queries, invoice customers, respond to field based staffs requirements and queries, update customer requirements, answering the incoming calls and filter all emails and working to strict deadlines.
