An exciting opportunity for someone with the right skills to get involved within a demanding department, you will confidently be able to multi task to a highly efficient standard and communicate/liaise with people at all levels.
Vital to this position is the ability to organize a busy multi-disciplinary service ensuring accuracy is maintained throughout.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator alongside the Home Manager to ensure; Audits and System checks are in place and work on projects when required whilst ensuring the clients documentation is kept updated along with general administration tasks are completed to an efficient standard.
You must have good time management skills and experience of IT Systems.
Previous experience within the Care environment would be advantageous, though not essential as full on the job training will be provided.
Requirements: NVQ 2 & 3 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant recognized qualification, with at least two years experience in a similar role.
Salary: £13,342.18 per annum rising to £13,614.47 after 6months
Hours: 35 Hours per week Mon – Fri
The positions require an Enhanced Disclosure being obtained from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
