Our client a large global client based in Medway are looking for 2 new customer Telesales Advisors to join their team

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

You will achieve objectives when making calls to customers by Identifying opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the Field Sales Consultant (Where Appropriate)

Offer relevant offers/enquiry details.
Successfully make the required outbound calls, and talk time each day building the relationship with the customer and the Sales consultant.
Keep all customer records up to date with an accurate description of the individual companies buying procedures, contacts and expenditure and other relevant information.
Maintain and monitor accounts in the Territory, identify customers who may be slipping and work with the Field Sales Consultant to action and maintain the customers spend and service levels.
Maintain a customer focus and provide an excellent service to Institutional customers and Key accounts where relevant.
Build relationships with customers at different levels.
Keep customer records up to date with an accurate description of Trusts, Clinics etc.
Identity business opportunities and gather information on up-coming tenders.
To provide sales support, place orders, check stock levels, provide quotations, and follow up direct send/special orders.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and liaise with Customer Advocacy as and when necessary.

You will have strong sales skills and customer care skills and have worked in a similar role
Able to develop working relationships with customers and accounts
