We are currently recruiting for this leading company, position based in GRAVESEND.
My client is one of the market leaders in its field who due to a programme of continued improvement are looking for a PROPERTY MANAGER.
Your key responsibilities will include:
•Have experience of property management
•Generally ensuring that the portfolio runs as smoothly and effectively as possible
•Dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and other service providers
•Arranging for quotations and issuing works orders
•Arranging inspections and reporting on properties within your portfolio
•Section notices
