BASIC SALARY UP TO £16k DOE £45,000 OTE + CAR ALLOWANCE

My well-respected Estate Agency client is looking for a LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR/SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR for their successful and busy office.

Key Skills:
•Strong resilient canvassing skills
•Responsible for taking and negotiating offers
•Assisting with viewings and applicant registrations
•Dealing with landlords and prospective tenants
•Valuation and listing experience NOT essential
•Administration duties
•Working to personal and branch targets

Requirements:
•Good communication and strong negotiation skills
•6 months+ experience in residential lettings
•Well-presented and professional appearance
•Able to work under pressure
•Good attention to detail and organised
•Good knowledge of the local area
•Full UK driving licence & own car
