Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts and Operations Manager in Kent.
We require an experienced Operations Manager with a knack for business development to manage operations for new and existing clients.
Day to day activities will include, but not be limited to, putting together plans and estimates including budgets and timescales. Meeting existing and new clients, preparing presentations and presenting documents for tenders.
This is not a desk based job. You will be out meeting clients, helping to find new clients and supervising anything up to 170 members of staff at various clients sites along with briefing project teams, contractors and suppliers. This is a front line role.
This role is with a family run business which has survived the recession and is still growing rapidly. This is a great opportunity for anyone from a facilities or cleaning industry back ground to join a company which takes the personal approach to all of it's customers.
Working closely with the Managing Directors, there is no ceiling to this role.
