We currently have a vacancy on a six month fixed term contract basis initially for a part time Customer Service Advisor with an immediate start required.

At this point, it’s important to say this is a non-sales role and instead, all about delivering exceptional levels of customer service.

Our client offers outstanding working conditions and within a really friendly team environment, you will be working Monday to Friday between the hours of 10.30am and 2.30pm and the salary is
£9,048.00 per annum.

The main criteria we are searching for in an applicant would be a combination of a superb telephone manner coupled with previous “call handling experience” within a professional set up, ie. experience of working within a call centre, contact centre or an environment where you were speaking to people over the telephone on a regular basis.

Working to the principals of Treating Customers Fairy (TCF – or basically as you would wish to be treated) as previously mentioned, there is no sales involved – it’s all about handling incoming calls from clients calling an enquiries helpline, in a professional manner, the delivery of outstanding levels of customer services and completing general administrative duties, including updating existing policy information over the telephone where accuracy and attention to detail is clearly important.

Any previous experience gained within financial services could be helpful but considered non-essential as full training will be provided providing you have the all-important previous “call handling” experience.
